You retain ownership of any personal data you provide. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to use this data to provide and improve our services.

8. Subscription and Payments

Mealti offers both free and paid subscription tiers:

• Free tier: Limited features with basic meal generation
• Pro tier: Full access to all features including unlimited meal generation
• All payments are processed by Paddle, acting as our Merchant of Record
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
